September is a busy month for us with seven birthdays to celebrate, it has become a bit of a tradition to be a treat yourself month, which keeps the cheer flowing as well as plenty of calories… Starting with some birthday shopping at the mall, I must indulge at Cinnabon for an amazing cinnamon roll.  Essentially, September is made of sugar, but, I am ok with that. Salute, to everyone who has a birthday this month, one of my favorite months all year.
