The treats that you will find at Disneyland are spectacular. A visit to the park would not be complete without enjoying a few of these marvellous selections. Here you will find a list of our personal favourites…
- Character Caramel Apples, Candy Palace, Main Street USA, So many Character themed Caramel Apples as fun to look at as they are to eat.
- Churro, We have tried churros everywhere and the best one can be found in Disneyland period. You will find Churro carts everywhere.
- Diamond Anniversary Cupcake, Jolly Holiday Bakery, Main Street USA, Lemon Cupcake with strawberry filling, delicious. Great tip; eat it with a spoon!
- Chocolate Chip Cookie Hot Fudge Sundae, Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor, Main Street USA, out of this world delicious.
- Dole Whip, Tiki Juice Bar, Adventureland, If you love pineapple, you must try this dreamy pineapple flavored soft serve ice cream, absolutely delicious! This is a must! You can also purchase the Dole Whip while waiting in the queue for the Enchanted Tiki room, which has a shorter line than grabbing one from the Advetureland walkway.
- Matterhorn Macaroon, Jolly Holiday Bakery, Main Street USA, delicious macaroon topped with white chocolate, shares a striking resemblance to the Matterhorn. Put these on your Must List!
- Funnel Cake, Stage Door Café, Frontierland, this Funnel cake is awesome!
- Chocolate Cake, Golden Horseshoe, Frontierland, this chocolate cake is 5 layers of delicious and goes great with a laugh.
- Beignets, Café Orleans, New Orleans Square or they can be found at the Mint Julep Bar. These Mickey shaped Beignets are a Must to try!
- Tiger Tails, Pooh’s Corner, Critter Country, a skewer of marshmallows covered in chocolate and caramel, amazing!
- Peanut Butter Sandwich, Pooh’s Corner, Critter Country, chocolate covered peanut butter filling on a graham cracker base, if you love peanut butter cups then these are for you.
- Frozen Banana, A banana frozen and covered in chocolate, one of my favourites.
- Popcorn, I love popcorn and it just tastes better in Disneyland!
- Mint Julep, Mint Julep Bar, New Orleans Square, Muddled mint and soda, super refreshing on a hot day. The Mint Julep Bar is not on the park map but can be found behind the French Market. And if that’s not for you, they also make fantastic espresso drinks. Usually, a much shorter line than Starbucks!
- Enchanted Cherry Apple Frozen Lemonade, Troubadour Tavern, Fantasyland, a fruity mixture of apple and cherry combined with lemonade slush, super refreshing, another for your must list.
- Peanut Butter & Jelly Soda, Carnation Café, Main Street USA, a grape soda infused with peanut butter and jelly flavor, delicious. You gotta try this once in your life!
