The infamous lost ghost from Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion made an appearance at our house for Halloween…

As you can see it is just me wearing black, with some fun Halloween decorations thrown together in a plastic hatbox, here I am flanked by Ichabod Crane and a Sugar Skull Princess.  The real Hatbox Ghost made a brief appearance in Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion when it opened in 1969 but he was removed after a few months, it has been claimed that his disappearing head effect did not work as intended.  However, many others believe he was actually removed because he was just too scary for the attraction.  Hatbox Ghost was reintroduced on May 9^th2015 where he has been participating in the happy haunts with a spectacular vanishing head trick which reappears in his hatbox.
