Downtown Disney Top Treats

IMG_9439FMany of the treats found in the parks can be found in Downtown Disney with a few of its own unique items. In Downtown Disney we love the Kettle Corn. This treat is hard to walk past without picking up a freshly made bag of kettle corn.

  1. Kettle Corn, made fresh and tastes amazing!
  1. Molten Lava Cake, ESPN Zone. Chocolate cake with a warm chocolate center topped with vanilla ice cream, it is spectacular!
  1. Southern Pecan Pie, House of Blues. Toasted pecans, bourbon brown sugar on a flaky crust, even better a la mode. Incredible Pie!
  1. Bananas Foster, Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen. Classic New Orleans dessert of bananas, brown sugar, rum and banana liqueur over vanilla ice cream, flambéed tableside. This dessert is worth stopping for!
  1. Sparkling Volcano, Rainforest Café. A mountain of brownies over ice cream covered in caramel and chocolate sauce topped with whip cream and of course a sparkler. The brownies are amazing!
  1. Mexican Revolution, Tortilla Jo’s. An incredible sampler of Mexican desserts, churros, chocolate tres leches cheesecake, Mexican chocolate brownie and a Mexi-cone with ice cream, whip and marinated strawberries. This is a great sampler!
  1. Marceline’s Confectionary, All the great Disney treats you could want, made right before your eyes, including the Character Caramel Apples.
  1. Haagen-Dazs, premium ice cream, frozen yogurt or sorbet. Your best bet is the Brownies a la Mode Sundae.
  1. Jamba Juice, Healthy never tasted so good, here you will find a great selection of delicious smoothies made from your choice of fresh fruit or greens. With a great selection of healthy baked goods. Try a selection off of the Jamba Juices hidden menu like the White Gummy Bear made with peach juice, soy milk, strawberries and sherbert.
  1. Wetzel’s Pretzels, Great pretzels for a delicious sweet or savory treat. Try the cheese meltdown or the sinful cinnamon.
